摘要
目的 为了更客观全面地评价人群和个体血脂水平 ,及时筛选出高危人群 ,建立了一种综合评价血脂指标 (LCI)的方法。方法 353例 40～ 70岁以上的医院工作人员。分析血清TG、TC、空腹血糖 (BG)和 HDL- C与血脂综合指标 (LCI)值 ,比较 LCI分组后各组人群 TG、TC、空腹血糖 (BG)、HDL- C水平。结果 LCI≤ 1 5为正常人群 ,共 1 68人 ,该组中 92 .9%为各项指标均正常。 74人处于 1 5<LCI≤ 2 5中 ,74.3%为各项均正常。 42人处于 2 5<LCI<35中 ,有 76.2 %一项异常。 35<LCI≤ 60共 40人。其中一项异常者占 65.0 %、二项异常者占 30 .0 %。 1 2人 LCI值介于 60～ 90之间。该组中两项异常者占 83.3%。 TG值平均高于正常值 1 .7倍。 LCI在 90～ 1 0 0 0者共 1 5人。三项异常占 80 %。总体 TG水平高于正常 6倍以上 ,且空腹血糖浓度也明显高于正常人群。LCI>1 0 0 0仅一例 ,四项均明显异常且合并严重血管性疾病。结论 综合评价血脂作为一种新的思路和方法 ,与单项血脂既有联系又有其自身特点 ,能灵敏且全面地反映血脂、血糖对身体的综合影响 ,值得临床试用。
Objective: We developed a new lipid comprehensive index (LCI) to assess the group and individuals blood lipids level for screening out the people at high risk. [WT5FZ]Methods: [WT5BZ]352 persons, aged 40 70 years, working in hospitals were involved in this study. Serum concentration of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), free blood glucose(BG) and high density lipoprotein choleterol(HDL C) were detected. The formula of LCI was:LCI=TG×TC×BG/(HDL C), which was based on those indices favorable or unfavorable to vascular diseases.The relationships of LCI with the four indices were studied in every LCI group. [WT5FZ]Results: [WT5BZ]Overall, different groups were identified according to LCI ratio. The first group included 168 cases, whose LCI were below 15, which was recognized as normal group. The second included 116 cases, LCI ranging from 15 35. The level of TG was slightly higher than the control group. The third involved 40 cases, LCI from 35 to 60, and 65% with one index abnormal, 30%, two abnormal. There were 12 cases in the fourth group, LCI from 60 to 90, mostly with two abnormalities(83.2%). TG level was 1.7 times the normal. The fifth group had 15 cases. Most of them had three abnormalities. Not only TG level but also BG level was also higher than the normal significantly. Furthermore, many of them were complicated with hypertension, diabetes, coronary disease and obesity. One cases LCI was over 1 000, whose levels of all indices were beyond normality. [WT5FZ]Conclusion: [WT5BZ]Lipid comprehansive index as a new index in evaluating blood lipids status is simple, effective, sensitive and worthy to be used in clinical practice. [WT5”FZ]
