摘要
目的 探讨视网膜循环时间 ( RCT)与视网膜静脉阻塞 ( RVO)分型的关系 .方法 对 5 3例 ( 5 3眼 )有视网膜动脉硬化的 RVO患者 ,按眼底荧光血管造影 ( FFA)确定的 RCT分型 .将 >5 s的定为缺血型 ( HR) ,其中视网膜中央静脉阻塞( CRVO) 13例和分支静脉阻塞 ( BRVO) 13例 ,≤ 5 s的定为郁滞型 ( VSR) ,其中 CRVO17例和 BRVO10例 .结果 CRVO和 BRVO中 HR的 RCT均有明显延长 ( P<0 .0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,CRVO和 BRVO中 HR,VSR的 RCT明显延长 ( P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) .结论 以 RCT进行 RVO的分型方法 ,简单明确 .对
AIM To study the relationship between classification of RVO and RCT. METHODS Fiftythree cases of RVO with arteriosclerosis were classified into different types according to their RCT by FFA. Based on different time intervals, the RVO was classified into ischemic and nonischemic type, namely, >5 s or ≤5 s respectively. By these criteria, 13 cases of CRVO and 13 cases of BRVO belonged to ischemic type and 17 cases of CRVO and 10 cases of BRVO to nonischemic type in this series. RESULTS RCT of HR both in CRVO and BRVO significantly prolonged (P<0.01); RCT of HR and VSR both in CRVO and BRVO was significantly longer than that of the control group (P<0.05~0.01). CONCLUSION This classification is thought to be simple and of some significance in the early treatment and prognostication of RVO.
