摘要
目的 在蛋白水平研究 IL - 1受体 I型在大鼠颈上节中的表达 .方法 免疫组织化学 ABC方法 .结果 在正常大鼠颈上节中 ,有大量 IL - 1受体 I型免疫反应阳性细胞 ,多为中、小型神经节细胞 ,也有一些小强荧光细胞 ( SIF)呈 IL- 1受体 I型阳性 . L PS免疫刺激后 ,阳性细胞的数量和染色强度无明显变化 .结论 大鼠颈上节神经元存在 IL- 1受体 ,表明周围植物性神经元能对促炎性细胞因子起反应 .
AIM To study the expression of IL1 receptor at protein level on superior cervical ganglion of normal and LPSstimulated rats. METHODS Immunohistochemistry (ABC method) was used. RESULTS There were plenty of IL1 receptor type I immnoreactive cells in the superior cervical ganglion of the normal rats. Most of them were median or small in size. Some of the small intensely fluorescent (SIF) cells were positive as well. Three hours after an administration of LPS (lipopolysaccharide) peritoneally, the number and staining intensity of positive structures were not obviously changed. CONCLUSION There exist IL1 receptors in the superior cervical ganglion of the rats. This suggests that peripheral vegetative neuron can give response to proinflammatory cytokines through the receptor bearing on their cell membrane. The present results have offered a morphological basis for cytokines signaling sympathetic nervous system.
