对急性呼吸窘迫综合征诊断新标准(柏林定义)的解读和探讨 被引量：72

摘要 过去10多年来,急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的基础和临床研究取得了巨大进展,也暴露了目前临床上正在应用的ARDS诊断标准的重要缺陷。近年来已经有多组学者提出了重新制订ARDS诊断标准的建议[1-4]。为今后更好开展前瞻性多中心随机对照研究（RCT）,也迫切需要一个诊断新标准来统一和规范病例的选择。
