摘要
全军实施联勤保障后,南京军区南京总医院疗养区康复医学科的迅速发展,对疗养区感染控制管理(hospital in-fection management,HIM)工作提出更高要求,立足长远、建立长效机制,从重视HIM入手,设立HIM护士,加强质量管理控制和信息反馈,重视专业HIM队伍培养,强化临床一线人员及全院人员医院感染的基本知识和技能,全面开展常抓不懈,使广大医务人员掌握HIM技术。HIM理论知识考核合格率由61.2%增长至88.1%,临床科室综合性监测合格率与去年同期比,由79.3%增长至93.7%,有效地控制和预防了医院感染。
The establishment of joint logistics support calls for an intensified hospital infection management （HIM） in the hospital sanatorium. Apart from the perfection of the organization and regulations of HIM and the normalization of practical medical techniques, we established long-term HIM mechanisms and HIM nurses to strengthen quality control and information feedback, with emphasis on the construction of hospital culture and clinical departments. With persistent efforts, we enhanced the specialization of the HIM personnel and the popularization of basic HIM knowledge and techniques among the whole hospital staff. All these measures sig- nificantly contributed to the effective control and prevention of hospital infection. The pass rate of HIM theory examination rose from 61.2% in January to 88.1% in September 2012, and that of routine monitoring of the clinical departments increased to 93.7% as compared with 79.3% in the same period last year.
