产气荚膜梭菌α毒素分子生物学研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 α毒素是产气荚膜梭菌主要的毒力因子,具有磷脂酶C和鞘磷脂酶等2种酶的活性,能同时水解细胞膜上的磷脂酰胆碱和鞘磷脂,导致细胞裂解,因而具有细胞毒性、溶血活性、致死性和血小板聚集等特性。我们对产气荚膜梭菌α毒素的生物学特性、基因克隆与转录调控、基因表达与基因融合、基因定点突变与结构分析、N端和C端的结构与功能等方面的研究进展进行简要综述。 Alpha-toxin is a major pathogenic determinant of Clostridium perfringens and exhities both phospholi- pase C and sphingomyelinase activities. It can hydrolysis phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin. It causes cell ly- sis and possesses cell toxicity, hemolysis, lethality, and platelet aggregation. In this paper we summarized the re- searches on biological characteristics, gene cloning and transcriptional regulation, gene expression and gene fusion, site-directed mutagenesis and structural analysis, structure and function of N- and C-domain of C.perfringens al- pha-toxin.
