腹腔镜结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术治疗重度功能性便秘 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜辅助结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术式治疗重度功能性便秘的疗效。方法回顾性分析27例行腹腔镜结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术治疗的重度功能性便秘患者临床资料。结果腹腔镜下完成手术26例,中转开腹1例,手术时间(257±40)min,术中出血量(60±37)mL,术后肠道功能恢复时间(48±28)h,住院时间(10±3)d,无吻合口瘘等严重并发症发生;术后1a,24例患者便秘症状完全缓解,大便次数1～3次/d,3例出现腹泻症状,大便4～8次/d,无便秘复发,患者对术后排便感觉满意。结论腹腔镜辅助结肠次全切除联合改良Duhamel术治疗重度功能性便秘安全可行,可有效提高患者生活质量。
