摘要
目的探讨钛夹在肠镜下治疗消化道疾病中预防出血的临床疗效。方法选择2009年5月-2011年11月因消化道疾病于我院接受肠镜治疗的患者106例,所有患者在肠镜直视下判断是否需用钛夹预防出血,根据需要放置钛夹,术后严密观察患者病情变化。结果 106例患者治疗均获得成功,成功率100%,手术过程中平均使用钛夹1.5枚,1周内无1例患者发生出血并发症。结论钛夹在肠镜下治疗消化道疾病中预防消化道出血是一种使用方便、疗效佳、安全性高、副作用少的治疗方法,治疗前、中、后实施合理的临床治疗对策是保证治疗成功的重要环节。
To evaluate the efficacy of titanium-clip for the gastrointestinal bleeding prevention in colonoscopic treatment. Methods 106 patients in our hospital who received eolonoscopy treatment from May. 2009 to Nov.2011 with gastrointestinal disorders were chosen. All the patients in the colonoscopy under direct vision to determine whether need titanium clips or not prevent bleeding, placed titanium clip according to their needs. Results The successful rate was 100% , the bleeding rate in the first week was O. The average number of titanium-clip was 1.5, there was no complication. Conclusion Titanium-clip for the gastrointestinal bleeding prevention in colonoscopic treatment is a convenient, efficient and safe method. Reasonable clinical management is an important element to guarantee the success of therapy.
