摘要
医学图像和实际空间的配准是计算机辅助肝脏手术中的技术难点.针对计算机辅助肝脏手术中的空间配准技术中术前CT图像与术中实际空间的配准问题,提出一种基于ICP算法的配准技术,并且利用四元数法确定迭代的初始值.仿真试验结果表明,ICP算法配准精度高,适用于计算机辅助肝脏手术.
Registration between medical images and physical space is an technical difficulties in liver sur- gical navigation systems. Aimed at the problems that the transformation matrix between preoperative CT image space and intraoperative fiducial marker space, a registration method based on ICP algorithm was presented, the initial registration was started with quaternion method, and the initial registration results were set as the initial values of ICP algorithm. Simulation results show that the ICP registration algorithm has the high accuracy, and excepted results are gotten.
