摘要
介绍了一种新型22kW小型高温高压屏蔽电机的研制过程,着重说明了该型电机的电磁、结构、绝缘等方面的特点,并通过对电机出厂空载试验和负载试验取得的试验数据和设计数据对比分析,确认了设计的准确性,为优化该型电机性能确定了方向。
This paper introduces the development process of a 22kW high-temperature high-pressure canned motor, and emphasizes the characteristics of the electromagnetism, struc- ture and insulation system. The design accuracy is affirmed by comparing and analyzing the de- sign data with no-load and load test data. It points out the optimal design direction of motor.
