摘要
目的探讨心脏外科手术台上缝针管理方法,使缝针易于清点管理。方法择期心脏手术167例,术中保留缝针内包装至手术结束作为参照物来确定缝针数目,通过骨蜡黏贴固定缝针、缝针放回原处、贴膜固定缝针管理术中缝针。结果 167例心脏手术无一例缝针清点不清。结论新式的缝针管理方法取材简便,预防术中缝针丢失取得良好效果且优势明显。此种管理方法完善缝针管理制度,便于核对清点,缩短清点缝针时间,避免缝针遗失。使缝针清点及管理更具有安全性、科学性、规范性。保证了患者的手术安全,有效提高了手术护理质量。
Objective To investigate the management of surgical suture needle in cardiac surgeries. Methods Of the 167 patients in cardiac surgeries, the number of surgical suture needles was determined by the needle boxes. The management of suture needles were used by bone wax, needle boxes, and surgical adhesive paste. Surgical suture needles were calculated at the end of surgery. Results Of the 167 patients surgical suture needles were no lost. Conclusion The new surgical suture needle manage-ment was successful method to reduce suture needle lost and prevent the error during the operation.
