Objective To explore the relationship between migraine during pregnancy and gestational hypertension and its in-fluence on the delivery outcomes. Methods All 56 pregnant women with migraine were selected as experience group and 80 non-migraineurs as control group. Occurrence of gestational hypertension and delivery outcomes were compared between two groups. Results Occurrence of gestational hypertension was higher in experience group (24. 1% ) as compared with control group ( 8. 8%, P = 0. 035 ) ;However, the mean gestational age at delivery, newborn birth weight, mortality and Apgar score were similar to pregnant women with or without migraine( P 〉 0.05 ) ;There were no significant difference in placental mature, placenta volume and amniotic fluid before delivery between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Migraine during pregnancy may increase the oc-currence of gestational hypertension, but has no close relationship with unfavorable delivery outcomes.
