一起沙门菌引起食物中毒的检验结果分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨沙门菌引起食物中毒的原因、临床表现及检验方法。方法对2011年12月10日江苏省如皋市发生的一起由于沙门菌引起食物中毒患者及环境样品进行采集,参考食品微生物检测国家标准进行病原分离鉴定和污染来源分析。结果共6例患者由于沙门菌引起食物中毒,在6例中毒者的粪便中及共同进食的羊肉中均检测到了沙门菌,中毒发生的原因可能是由于共同进食带菌羊肉所致,患者的临床表现有恶心、呕吐、腹泻,同时伴有黄水样便。结论沙门菌中毒主要是由于食物中的细菌引起,应该加强食物挑选及制作的控制,减少沙门菌食物中毒的发生。
