摘要
目的研究疏血通对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响,探讨其神经保护机制和临床意义。方法用临床随机对照的观察方法,按随机数字表法将入院的60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为疏血通治疗者和灯盏花素对照组,每组均为30例。疏血通治疗组在常规治疗的基础上选用疏血通,用疏血通6mL加生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,每日1次;对照组在常规治疗的基础上用灯盏花素60mg加生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,每日1次;两组疗程均为14d。分别在治疗第1、3、7、14天检测血清NSE和hs-CRP含量。结果疏血通治疗组治疗后患者血清NSE和hs-CRP含量明显减少,与灯盏花素对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通能通过减少血清NSE和hs-CRP含量来改善急性脑梗死患者缺损的神经功能。
Objective To observe influence of Shuxuetong injection on serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and Serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to explore its neurological protective mechanisms and clinical significance.Methods With clinical randomized controlled observation method,60 cases were randomly divided into Shuxuetong injection treatment group and the control group of breviscapin with 30 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine treatment.based on the conventional treatment,the cases of Shuxuetong treatment group were used Shuxuetong injection 6 mL and saline injection 250 mL,with intravenous injection once a day.based on the conventional treatment,the cases of control group were used breviscapin 60 mg and saline injection 250 mL,once a day.The period of treatment of two groups was 14 days.On 1,3,7,14 d treatments,serum NSE and hs-CRP levels were detected.Results Compared with the control group,serum NSE and hs-CRP were significantly reduced after treatment of 3,7,14 d and there were significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can decrease NSE and hs-CRP level of treatment group patients to improve neural function defect of acute cerebral infarction patients.
