摘要
目的:对比研究Protaper机用镍钛器械和不锈钢K锉根管预备术后的疼痛反应情况。方法:将符合纳入标准和排除标准的200例牙髓病患者按就诊顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用Protaper机用镍钛器械进行根管预备,对照组采用不锈钢K锉预备,术后3天复诊,记录术后疼痛情况包括肿痛,咬合痛和叩痛。采用Negm标准改良后进行术后疼痛评分。结果:实验组术后疼痛反应程度和发生率低于对照组。结论:Protaper机用镍钛器械能减少根管预备术后疼痛反应的发生。
Objective To compare the post-operation pain applying Protaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments and stainless steel K files in root canal treatment. Methods 200 patients with pulpitis were randomly arranged to Protaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments group and stainless steel K files group,The incidence and degree of postoperative pain was recorded 3 days after root canal preparation. Results 4 patients had post-operation pain in Protaper nickel- titanium rotary instruments group,compared to 14 patients in stainless steel K files group,lower incidence and degree of pain with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Root canal preparation using Protaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments could reduce the incidence and degree of postoperative pain.
