摘要
在治疗高血压病时要减少各种心血管事件的发生,就必须预防、改善、甚至逆转LVH的发生,这也是治疗高血压病的另一目标。中医药领域在有关高血压病左室肥厚的病名、病因、病机、辨证分型、中草药治疗方面已经取得了一定进展,本文就近年来中医药领域治疗高血压病左室肥厚的临床研究进展作如下综述。
In the treatment of hypertension, in order to reduce the occurrences of cardiovascular disease, we must pre- vent, improve or even reverse the occurrence of LVH, which is also another goal in the treatment of hypertension. There has been some progress in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the nonaggressive, etiology, pathogenesis, dialectical type, herbal treatment of hypertensive disease with LVH. This article summarizes the progress of clinical research in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine treating for hypertensive disease with LVH as follows.
