摘要
目的:建立较优化的阿胶中铬的原子吸收石墨炉测定方法。方法:对原子吸收石墨炉法中的狭缝宽度、灰化温度、灰化时间、原子化温度和原子化时间5因素从4个水平进行了分析,通过正交试验结果分析,获得一个优化的仪器方法。结果:优化的仪器方法为狭缝宽度0.2 nm、灰化温度1100℃、灰化时间5 s、原子化温度2450℃和原子化时间5 s。测定检出限为0.21 ng/mL,精密度RSD%为3.8%,加标回收率为92.5%-110.2%。结论:本研究确认的用于阿胶中铬的原子吸收石墨炉测定方法检出限低、精密度高、回收率好。
Objective: To establish a optimum method for determination of Cr in Gelatin with GFAAS. Methods: Slit width, ashing temperature, ashing time, atomization temperature and atomization time were studied with L16 (45) orthogonal ex- perimental optimization method, and a satisfactory results were obtained for analysis of Cr in Gelatin. Results: The optimum conditions were 0.2 nm slit width, 1100 ~C ashing temperature, 5 sashing time, 2450 ~C atomization temperature, and 5 s atom- ization time. The detection limit was 0.21 ng/mL, RSD% was 3.8%, and recovery was 92.5%-110.2%. Conclusion: The opti- mum conditions contain low detection limit, high precision and recovery.
