摘要
目的 :为翼点入路和颞下窝入路提供相关的解剖学依据。方法 :通过对 4 0例颅骨的测量 ,确定翼点至颅中窝、颧弓点至颞下窝内各结构的距离和夹角。结果 :翼点至前床突、视神经管颅口、圆孔、卵圆孔、棘孔、颈动脉管内口、三叉神经压迹、岩浅大神经管口、岩上窦沟的连线长度和各连线与正中矢状面成角分别为 ( 4 9.0± 3.3)mm( 73.2± 5.6)°、( 4 7.8± 3.3)mm( 82 .8± 5.2 )°、( 4 8.9± 4 .7)mm ( 76.7± 7.0 )°、( 50 .2± 4 .2 )mm( 58.2± 7.0 )°、( 50 .1± 4 .2 )mm ( 4 8.6± 7.4 )°、( 55.7± 3.7)mm ( 62 .2± 5.0 )°、( 52 .0± 3.6)mm( 51.8± 6.4 )°、( 50 .0± 3.4 )mm ( 39.9± 7.0 )°、( 53.1± 2 .8)mm ;颧弓点至眶下裂、翼上颌裂、翼管口、卵圆孔、棘孔的连线长度和各连线与正中矢状面成角分别为 ( 37.5± 3.7)mm ( 131.2± 5.4 )°、( 4 3.1± 4 .3)mm( 10 1.2± 7.9)°、( 51.3± 3.0 )mm ( 76.7± 4 .3)°、( 38.2± 2 .6)mm ( 74 .0± 4 .5)°、( 36.4± 2 .7)mm ( 65.0±6.3)°。结论 :两种手术入路相关数据的测量 ,有助于设计手术入路 。
Objective:To study the related anatomy of surgical approaches to the subtemporal fossa and media cranial fossa.Methods:The length of lines linking zygion to the structures in subtemporal fossa and pterion to the structures in media cranial fossa and the angles between these lines and median vector were measured on the 40 cranium.Results:The distances and angles from zygion to inferior orbital fissure,pterygomaxillary fissure,pterion orfice,oval foramen,spinose foramen were(37.5±3.7)mm(131.2±5.4)°、(43.1±4.3)mm(101.2±7.9)°,(51.3±3.0)mm(76.7±4.3)°、(38.2±2.6)mm(74.0±4.5)°and(36.4±2.7)mm(65.0±6.3)°,respectively.The same items mentioned above from pterion to anterior clinoid process,internal canalis optic nerve aperture,round foramen,oval foramen,spinose foramen,interal canalis carotid aperture,trigeminal impression,greater superfical petrosal nerve hiatus,superpetrosal sinns groove were(49.0±3.3)mm(73.2±5.6)°、(47.8±3.3)mm(82.8±5.2)°、(48.9±4.7)mm(76.7±7.0)°、(50.2±4.2)mm(58.2±7.0)°.(50.1±4.2)mm(48.6±7.4)°、(55.7±3.8)mm(62.2±5.0)°、(52.0±3.6)mm(51.8±6.4)°、(50.0±3.4)mm( 39.9 ± 7.0 )°、(53.1±2.8)mm,respectively.Conclusion:This measurements well benefit the design of surgical treatment and provide some useful references for defining the position of importent structures in operations.
