调研了国内外高蜡原油的储量分布,综述了对其成因、成藏的研究进展;总结了高蜡原油蜡含量评价和表征的方法,包括含蜡量测定、析蜡点测定和熔蜡点测定的国内外行业标准;总结了高蜡原油开采和集输过程中的防蜡与清蜡技术进展,对比了井下加热、机械清除、表面处理、微生物处理、注化学剂和磁场处理等技术的优缺点。
Investigated the distribution of high-wax crude oil reserves at home and abroad, described the research progress of its cause of formation and accumulation, summarized the methods of wax content evaluation and characterization of high-wax crude oil, including domestic and international industry standards of the wax content determination, wax precipitation point determination and melting wax point determination; summarized the progress of wax control and removal technology in the gathering and transportation process of high-wax crude oil, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the technologies such as downhole heating, mechanical removal, surface treatment, microbial processing, injection of chemical agents and magnetic field treatment.
