在电力市场环境下,为确保电力系统安全经济运行,需对输电阻塞管理进行研究。输电阻塞管理的核心作用体现在:避免系统的不安全运行,避免了市场运行无效率和市场失灵。从最优调度、经济学原理、使用柔性输电设备三个方面对输电阻塞管理这一领域进行了分类综述。
Transmission congestion management is needed to be studied to ensure safe and economic operation of the power system in the electricity market. The central role of the transmission congestion management is reflected in avoiding unsafe operation of the system, which avoid the inefficient operation of the market and market failures. Described transmission congestion management from three aspects of optimal scheduling, principles of economics, the use of FACTS devices.
