摘要
对国产首台套压缩机组用20 MW单元串联多电平PWM电压源型变频器及配套高速同步电机所组成的电驱系统进行了研究:分析了其系统整体结构及特点,详细论述了系统构成设备的原理,通过借鉴西气东输一线压缩机组建设和运行中的相关经验,探讨了该电驱压缩机组在今后运行中应当注意的问题,将为在西气东输二线投产使用的国产化电驱压缩机组的运行与维护提供理论依据。
Analyzed the electric drive system consisting of 20 MW cells cascaded multi-level PWM voltage source inverter and assorted high-speed synchronous motor of the domestic first sets of compressor units: analyzed its system structure as a whole and characteristics, discussed the principle of the device composing the system in detail, by learning from the relevant experience of building and running the compressor unit in west-east gas transmission, and explored the problems that should be noted in the running of the electric drive compressor group in the future, which will provide theoretical basis for operation and maintenance of the domestic electric drive compressor units put into use in the second-line of west-east gas transmission.
