摘要
目前,我国高新技术产业的统计存在省域差别,各地直接从数值比较是缺乏客观性的。本文以杭州为例分析,从发展阶段、区域比较、发展现状等角度对杭州高新技术产业产值占工业总产值的比重偏低的情况进行剖析,分析了问题和成因,提出了加快杭州高新技术产业发展的对策建议,供相关城市在高新技术产业发展中参考借鉴。
Nowadays,high-tech industry statistics in our country still have many differences between the provinces.Only compared with the number is lack of objectivity.The article takes Hangzhou as an example,focus on the problem of high-tech industrial output value is on the low proportion of the total industrial output value.It is analyzed the problems and the causes from the perspective of the stage of development,regional comparison and development status.Then it proposed the suggestions to speed up the high-tech industrial development for reference to the relevant city in the development of high-tech industries.
