山西省辛安泉浮游藻类时空分布格局的研究

摘要 对山西辛安泉的浮游藻类进行了研究,共发现86种及14变种,隶属于5门40属。其中绿藻门种类最多,达16属42种,裸藻门5属22种6变种,蓝藻门6属11种2变种,硅藻门11属9种6变种,金藻门2属2种。辛安泉浮游藻类的季节变化显著,秋季种类最多,冬季最少。浮游藻类的空间变化极显著,上游种类数多于下游。浮游藻类种类数与环境因子的相关性结果表明,只有水体最大宽度对浮游藻类种类数影响明显且为负相关。通过对浮游藻类植物时空分布格局的研究,为辛安泉环境保护和生物资源保护提供基础资料。 A total of 86 species and 14 varieties of phytoplankton species were identified from a cold spring,Xin'an Spring,in Shanxi Province,North China,representing 5 divisions and 40 genera.Among them,Chlorophyta was the dominant division, 42 species and 16 genera.The second was Euglenophyta,22 species and 6 varieties of 5 genera.The next was Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta,with 11 species and 2 varieties of 6 genera and 9 species,6 varieties of 11 genera.Chrysophyta was the least one,only 2 species of 2 genera.The spatial variation of phytoplankton was significance,highest in autumn and lowest in winter.The temporal variation was also significance.The species number of upstream was more than downstream.The results of relationship between species number and environmental factors showed that there was negative correlation between species number and maximum width.The results also could provide the basic information for environmental protection.
