摘要
脊髓损伤是人体脊柱损伤中一种常见病、多发病、疑难病。芒针透刺对脊髓损伤疗效优良,多见临床报道,但其机理研究较为罕见与缺乏。本文对该机理进行较长时期研究,并采用改良式ALLENS脊髓损伤造模法建立兔T13-L1脊髓损伤模型。随机均分为三组:模型组、芒针透刺组、假手术组,进行科学实验印证,证实了芒针透刺对脊髓损伤有明显的治疗作用,并初步用相关理论力求填补了该领域机制、基因表达与机理的缺失和空白。
Spinal cord injury is one of the commonest and most complicated disease among human spinal column injuries. According to the clinical reports,joined acupuncture with elongated needle showed obvious effectiveness for the spinal cord injury.However,the research on its mechanism is in lack.We have being studied the mechanism in this area for a long period, the theoretical ideas are established initially.Based on the above,we adopted refined ALLENS spinal cord injury method to set T13-L1 of spinal cord injury model of rabbits.The rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group,joined acupuncture with elongated needle group,and control group.By scientific experiment,we proved the joined acupuncture with elongated needle has distinct therapeutic effectiveness for spinal cord injury,and primarily filled the mechanism,genome expression in this area.
