摘要
目的了解首次过继细胞免疫治疗患者健康教育的需求情况,为针对性健康教育提供依据。方法方便性抽样选择2009年6月至2011年9月解放军第97医院普通外科首次行过继细胞免疫治疗的患者66例,采用自行设计问卷对其进行健康教育需求的调查。结果首次过继细胞免疫治疗患者健康教育需求总分为(30.01±4.12)分,12个条目中,均分>2分(表示"需求")的为11项,需求度≥75%的有11项;多数患者对细胞采集相关知识中细胞采集前饮食原则、单采时避免精神紧张以及细胞采集时体位、动作配合等项目了解不够,对细胞注射不良反应缺乏认识;患者的年龄、文化程度及病程与其健康教育需求的程度有相关性(均P<0.01)。结论护士应根据首次过继细胞免疫治疗患者对健康教育需求的个性化特点,开展有针对性的健康教育,以提高教育效果,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the demands for health education in patients with initial adoptive immunotherapy and to provide the basis for targeted health education. Methods From June 2009 to September 2011,66 patients with initial adoptive immunotherapy were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire on the demands for health education. Results The total score of demands toward health education was 30.01±4.12. In 12 items,there were 11 items in which the average scores were greater than 2(demands for health education) and 11 items in which the requirements were more than or equal to 75%. The majority of patients were lack of the knowledge about the principles of eating before cell collecting, under standing of position and coordination during cell collecting and avoiding mental stress and awareness of adverse reaction of cell injection. Patient's age, educational level and course of disease were correlated to health education needs (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Nurses should carry out targeted health education based on the personalized features demanding for health education in patients with initial adoptive immunotherapy.
