摘要
采用自身前后对照法 ,观察降血糖药物配合针刺治疗前后 3 0例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床症状、神经系统体征、血糖、血液流变学和神经肌电图的变化。结果表明 ,降血糖药物配合针刺治疗 3个疗程后 ,患者的临床症状、神经系统体征明显好转 ,同时 ,血糖降低 ,血液流变学改善 ,感觉神经和运动神经传导速度增快。
Before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with drugs in 30 cases of DPN, the changes of clinical symptoms, characteristics of nervous systems, blood sugar, blood rheology and electromyogram were observed. The results are as follows∶ after treatment for 3 courses, the clinical symptoms and characteristics of nervous systems were improved. In the meanwhile, blood sugar , blood rheology, SCV and MCV were improved,too.
