摘要
根据小型高炉长期生产铸造生铁锭的生产实践,对生产过程中生铁锭的一些铸造缺陷,包括夹渣、旋涡铁和空心铁的产生原因以及改进措施提出了一些看法与建议,可为提高小高炉生铁锭的质量提供参考。
According to the production experience of small blast furnace, some casting defects of pig iron ingots in production process were discussed, including slag, vortex surface iron and hole iron. The causing reasons and improving measures on these casting defects were put forward, which can provide some reference for improving quality of pig iron from small blast furnace.
