摘要
分析、提炼了ANSYS流场分析、瞬态热分析与热-结构耦合分析的操作,对部分内容进行了封装,编写成充型、凝固、应力分析3个模块,学生分别运行命令流或菜单操作指南,可以方便地得到铸造工艺方案的模拟结果,形象生动,提高了《铸造工艺学》的教学效果,为学生的职场发展奠定了基础。
Summarized the ANSYS computational fluid dynamics,transient thermal analysis and thermal-structural coupling analysis operation ,omitted some parts of the operation, prepared three modules included filling,solidification and stress analysis .The students can easily get the simulation results of different casting process through running the command stream or menu operation guide, we improved the teaching effect of the 《casting technology》, and laid the foundation for the students'career development.
