摘要
高校校园安全已引起社会各界的广泛关注。大学生安全教育与管理工作主要存在高校对大学生安全教育和管理的重要性认识不到位、机制建设不到位、安全教育内容陈旧、教育形式单一、队伍建设不足、基础设施薄弱、评价制度不完善等诸多问题。因此,采取行之有效的措施是解决存在的问题、打造平安和谐校园的重要基石。包括提高高校安全教育和管理重要性的认识,强化机制建设;更新安全教育内容,创新教育手段;加强队伍建设和基础设施建设;将安全工作情况纳入人事考核制度,与绩效工资挂钩。
University campus safety has caused the wide attention of society. The main problems of college students＇ safety education and management work includes that there is not enough knowledge about the importance of College Students＇ safety education and management, that mechanism construction is inadequate, that the content of safety education is not fresh and the form is not rich, that the construction of staff is insufficient and infrastructure is weak, and that the evaluation system is not perfect. Therefore, the effective measures are the cornerstones of solving the existing problems and building harmonious campus, which include： improving the importance of university campus safety education and management, strengthening mechanism construction, updating safety education contents, innovating educational methods, strengthening staff construction and infrastructure construction, putting the safety work in personnel assessment system, and hooking the performance salary.
