摘要
人的存在状态以及人与世界的关系是存在主义哲学关注的核心。在白人文化一直占统治地位的美国社会,对存在的追问始终困扰着非裔黑人。对这个问题的回答涉及千千万万黑人的利益和黑人种族的命运。20世纪著名的黑人作家赖特,怀着对本民族命运高度关注的历史使命感,在《土生子》中指出,黑人只有通过负责任的自由选择才能在荒谬的社会中彰显自身存在的意义。赖特在《土生子》中为黑人构思的彰显存在的方式,不仅对于黑人,对其他少数族裔的生存也具有深远的现实意义。
Human state of existence as well as the relationship between man and the world is the core concern of existentialism philosophy. White culture has always been in dominating position in American society, and questioning of existence has always puzzled African Americans. Answer to this question involves the interests of millions of black people and the fate of the black race. Wright, a famous black writer in the 20th century, points out with a sense of high historical mission concerned about the fate of the nation in Native Son that blacks can highlight the significance of their existence in the absurd society only through their responsible free choices. The way to highlight the existence of blacks conceived by Wright in his Native Son, has a profound practical significance not only for the survival of blacks but also for the survival of other ethnic minorities.
