摘要
聚环氧乙烷作为新型亲水性高分子材料在口服凝胶骨架片中的应用越来越广泛,并开始逐渐替代传统的纤维素衍生物。本文简要介绍了聚环氧乙烷的理化性质,并与羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)的理化性质进行了比较,探讨了聚环氧乙烷凝胶骨架片的释药机制,并总结了药物释放的影响因素,如聚环氧乙烷相对分子质量、原料药的溶解性、原料药含量、不同相对分子质量聚环氧乙烷混合使用、药物释放环境等,介绍了聚环氧乙烷作为骨架材料单独使用以及与其他辅料联合使用,在口服凝胶骨架片中的应用实例。
As a novel type of hydrophilic polymer material,poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) has been widely used in the oral gel skeleton tablets and gradually replaced the traditional cellulose derivatives.In this article,the physical and chemical properties of PEO were described in brief,and compared with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC).The drug release mechanism of PEO-based skeleton tablets and the differences between PEOs and different relative molecular weight were also discussed.The influencing factors of drug release included solubility and content of drug,ratio of different PEOs and drug release conditions,etc.PEO could be used alone or combined with other materials in oral skeleton tablets to achieve a better release effect.Some applications were introduced in this paper as references for future research.
