简述了印染行业丝光淡碱液处理现状;提出了在印染厂丝光淡碱液回收利用的生产实践:引进"浓碱浓度在线检测及自动加碱控制系统"、改造丝光后织物的漂洗方式、回收处理丝光淡碱液;分析了丝光淡碱液回用效果及经济效益。
The paper discussed the treatment methods of dilute alkali from mercerizing in present. And put forward a practical recycling method as follows, introducing ＂on line testing and automatic control system for concentrated alkali＂ ,improving the rinsing method of mercerized fabric, recycling dilute alkali from mercerizing. And in the end, the paper analyzed the recycling effect and economic beneficial of this measure.
