摘要
作者开发了一套小动物离体心脏电活动研究设备。该设备集心脏灌流、起搏、表面心电图、His束电图、心房和心室单相动作电位记录等多项功能于一体 ,在国内外尚未见相同报道。
We developed an apparatus for studying cardiac electric activities in isolated hearts of small animals.It integrates several functions,such as heart perfusing,pacing and recording of cardiac electrogram,Hisbundle electrogram and monophasic action potentials of the atrium and ventricle.This apparatus,reported for the first time,is a unique tool for studying electrophysiological properties at different regions of the isolated heart and evaluating the repolarization process of the atrium and ventricle.[Chinese Journal of Pacing and Electrophysiology,2000,14(2):124～126] Langendorff perfusion of the heart Guinea pig Rat Hisbundle electrogram Monophasic action potential
