摘要
选阿克苏地区某牛场患临床型子宫内膜炎奶牛6头,采子宫分泌物进行细菌的分离、纯化、染色镜检,并自制药敏纸片,对分离的细菌进行药物敏感试验。结果显示:分离的主要细菌为链球菌、葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。分离的3种菌对盐酸林可霉素和诺氟沙星均高度敏感,可作为该牛场子宫内膜炎治疗药物的选择参考。
6 cows suffered from endometritis in Aksu were selected and me pamogens were isolated and examined with smear Gram stain from the uterine secretions.A drug sensitive test was performed for pathogenic bacteria with self - made susceptibility paper. The results indicated that the main species of isolated bacteria were Streptococcus, Staphylococcus and E. coli. The drug susceptibility test results showed that Lineomycin hydrochloride and norfloxaein were highly sensitive against the isolated three pathogens and could be used as the preferred drugs for the treatment of cow endometritis in the cattle farm.This study was aimed to take advantage of the existing condition in cattle farm, and screen out high-sensitivity drugs for the treatment of cow endometritis, and promote the use of technology.
