恒磁场对家兔急性实验性心肌缺血的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察恒磁场对垂体后叶素致家兔急性心肌缺血的影响。方法 家兔 30只 ,采用静脉注射垂体后叶素 ( 2U/kg)造成急性心肌缺血的动物模型。以交叉对照方法将动物分为对照组及恒磁场处理组 ,观察并比较其心电图ST -T变化。结果 两组心电图ST -T变化的潜伏期无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。但恒磁场处理组的ST段升高幅度、T波振幅及ST段恢复期较对照组明显降低或缩短 ,分别为 ( 0 .12 2± 0 .12 0 )mV与 ( 0 .2 40± 0 .12 6 )mV ,( 0 .36 0± 0 .0 72 )mV与 ( 0 .842±0 .2 6 8)mV及 ( 8.12 0± 2 .6 2 0 )min与 ( 18.42 0± 8.2 10 )min(均P <0 .0 1)。 Objective In order to detect the effects of constant magnetic field on acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin injection in rabbits.Methods The experimental animals involved 30 rabbits models having acute myocardial ischemia by pituitrin(2 U/kg) injection(I.V.),they were randomly divided into magnetic field group and control group by self cross-over design.The ST-T parameters of ECG in both groups were observed and compared.Results The ST-T indexes in incubation period had no obvious difference in two groups(P>0.05).However,the improvement of three main indexes including ST-segment elevated amplitude,T-wave amplitude and convalescence of ST-segment in magnetic field group was better than that of control group.They were (0.122±0.120)mV VS.(0.240±0.126)mV VS. (0.360± 0.072)mV VS.(0.842±0.268)mV and (8.120±2.620)min VS.(18.420±8.210)min respectively.There were significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that the constant magnetic field having enough strength may effectively restrain the exacerbation of rabbit acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin.
