摘要
目的:探讨显性脐带脱垂的易发因素,处理方法及预防措施。方法:回顾性分析5例显性脐带脱垂的发生原因,临床处理与围产儿窒息、死亡的关系。结果:脐带脱垂多发生于胎位异常、胎膜早破;脐带脱垂发现及时,处理得力,新生儿预后良好。结论:脐带脱垂与围产儿死亡密切相关,加强预防及正确处理脐带脱垂可降低围产儿死亡率。
Objective： To investigate the predisposing factors, treatment methods and preventive measures of prolapse of umbilical cord.Method： Retrospectively analysis the occurrence causes for 5 cases of prolapse of umbilical cord, clinical treatment and the relationship of perinatal asphyxia and death.Result： Prolapse of umbilical cord occurs more often with abnormal fetal position and premature rupture of membranes; Prolapse of umbilical cord is discovered in time, treated effectively, neonatal prognosis is good.Conclusion： Prolapse of umbilical cord is closely correlated with perinatal death. Strengthening the prevention and correct treatment of Prolapse of umbilical cord will reduce perinatal mortality.
