摘要
目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗方法及不同患者预后及并发症情况。方法:选择本院2010年1月-2012年5月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者,按治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,两组又根据治疗方法不同分为老年组与非老年组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予标准大骨瓣减压+冰毯冰帽降温治疗,评价治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组总病死率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组内老年患者并发症发生率及病死率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年重型颅脑损伤患者病死率及并发症发生率较高,在常规治疗的基础上给予标准大骨瓣减压+降温治疗,效果较好,值得应用。
Objective：To investigate the treatment of patients with severe head injuries methods and different prognosis and complications. Method： The hospital in 2010 January to 2012 May were in patients with severe head injury, according to the different treatment methods were divided into study group and control group, two group according to the different treatment methods for elderly group and non elderly group, patients in control group were treated with routine treatment, research in the control group were given based on the standard big bone flap decompression ＋ ice blanket ice cap cooling treatment, evaluation of the therapeutic effects and complications. Result： The study group total mortality rate was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant; in two groups of elderly patients with the complication rate and mortality rate were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Elderly patients with severe head injury mortality rate and a higher complication rate, on the basis of routine treatment given standard big bone flap decompression ＋ cool treatment effect is good, it is worth of application.
