摘要
目的:总结高压氧在脑梗死治疗中的疗效。方法:对照组40例患者给予药物治疗,治疗组60例患者在药物治疗的同时给予高压氧治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为75.00%,治疗组为96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗死疾病治疗中,高压氧起着至关重要的作用,在药物治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗,可取得满意的疗效,值得在临床医疗中推广使用。
Objective： To summarize the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation on cerebral infarction treatment.Method： 40 cases of control group were given the drug treatment, the treatment group 60 cases in drug therapy under the premise to hyperbaric oxygen, comparing the two groups of patients. Result： 40 cases of the control group in the total efficiency was 75.00%, the treatment group 60 cases total efficiency of 96.67%, there were obvious difference between two groups, there is statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The cerebral infarction disease treatment, hyperbaric oxygen plays a vital role, on the basis of drug treatment for hyperbaric oxygen treatment, can obtain satisfactory curative effect, it is worth in clinical medical application.
