摘要 为了提高STN-1汽车电子点火与燃油喷射实验系统的仿真度,扩展和增强该实验系统的实验功能,分析该实验系统的优缺点,提出改进方案,设计用于改进实验系统的节气门操纵机构,实现通过操纵油门踏板调节节气门开度、改变进气量,同时调节电机的转速,实现节气门开度控制发动机模拟转速,增加节气门开度指示和锁定机构,阐述实验系统开展不同层次实验内容的教学功能。 In order to improve the experiment system simulation level of STN-1 type automobile electronic ignition and fuel injection, the performances of this experimental system need be expanded and enhanced. The advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed. A throttle valve control mechanism is designed to improve the experiment system. The opening level and air inflow volume of the throttle valve are adjusted by operating acceleration pedal, and the rotation speed of electric motor is adjusted at the same time. The opening level of the throttle valve is performed to control the simulation rotation speed of the engine. An indicator and a locking mechanism of the throttle opening level are installed. Finally the teaching functions on experiment contents in different levels are introduced which are carried out by this experiment system.
