摘要
由于位移传感器自身的线性度问题,在现场使用过程中测量值与真实值之间必然会存在一定的误差,位移传感器的现场标定就必不可少。针对中海油油品l。汽车装车台液压同步顶升控制系统提出了一种位移传感器测量值示值误差标定方法,本方法以位移传感器的绝对误差为标定对象,通过调整A/D转换的偏移与增益来使示值拟合实际值,最后用最小二乘法来求其拟合直线,通过比较其相关系数和绝对误差来确定最后一组的偏移和增益值。
