甘露醇加地塞米松治疗鼻咽癌放射性咽喉炎的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 [目的]观察甘露醇加地塞米松治疗鼻咽癌放射性咽喉炎的疗效。[方法]将90例鼻咽癌放疗引起2级以上放射性咽喉炎的病人随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组用20%甘露醇125mL+地塞米松5mg放疗后静脉输注,每日1次,对照组常规预防性使用抗生素。[结果]实验组放射性咽喉炎有效率(84.4%)高于对照组(60.0%),经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]甘露醇加地塞米松治疗鼻咽癌放射性咽喉炎疗效显著。
