摘要
面肌痉挛多于中年以后起病,常始于一侧下睑,逐步发展至同侧口角,或伴有耳鸣、头晕头痛、失眠等症,严重者常影响工作和生活。本病基本病机为"肝风内动,筋脉失养",故临床上根据患者不同症状加以辨证分析,并用中药结合针刺治疗此病,效果显著。
HFS usually happens among the middle-aged people. In the early stages of the disease, it often begins from one side of the lower eyelid, then spreads to the ipsilateral mouth. Some patients are accompanied by tinnitus, dizziness, headache or insomnia, eet. It affects the work and life of severe patients. The pathogenesis of HSF are liver dysfunction causing the tendons dystrophy, so based on different symptoms, using traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture had achieved a significant effect.
