摘要
目的 :观察黄连解毒汤对脑梗塞患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法 :52例脑梗塞患者按序分为两组,对照组28例采用西医综合疗法,治疗组24例在西医综合疗法基础上加用黄连解毒汤,2周为1个疗程。结果 :两组治疗后血Hcy含量均降低(P<0.05),治疗组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分值均有所下降,以治疗组为优(P<0.05)。结论 :黄连解毒汤能减轻脑梗塞患者的炎症反应,从而减轻炎症介质引发的免疫应答对脑组织的损害,降低神经功能缺损。
Objective ： To inverstigate homocysteine （ Hey ） in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods ： Totally 52 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the group of 28 patients with cerebral infarction was treated with synthetical medicine, the group of 26 patients with cerebral infarction was treated with synthetical medicine and Huanglian diedu Decoction, two weeks was a course of treatment. Results ：Hcy and the neurological functional deficit scales were descended, the group of 24 patients with cerebral infarction was better than the group of 28 patients with cerebral infarction （ P〈O.05 ）. Conclusion ： Huanflian Jiedu Decoction can reduce inflammatory reaction and free radicn｜ damage, and neurological functional deficit was descended.
