摘要
合成了催化剂醋酸乙烯酯-N-羟基马来酰亚胺的共聚物{P(HOMI/VA)},通过元素分析、红外光谱进行了表征,用热重分析测试其热稳定性.该催化剂与醋酸Co(Ⅱ)形成配合物,以分子氧为氧源,研究了催化氧化环己醇的反应条件.结果表明,当反应温度为100℃时,氧压力为0.5MPa,催化剂用量为0.5g,反应时间为16h,环己醇的转化率达到33.72%.该催化剂具有反应条件温和、选择性好、操作使用简单、分离方便、环境友好等特点.
A ploy (Vinyl acetate-N-hydroxy-maleimide) is synthesized and its composition and structure are characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR. Its thermal stability is tested by thermal gravimetric analysis. The complex is formed from the catalyst and acetic acid Co (II). This paper is to study the performance of catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanol oxidation with molecular oxygen as the oxygen source. The results show that, when the reaction temperature is 100~C, the oxygen pressure is 0.5MPa, the amount of catalyst is 0.5g, the reaction time is 16 h, the conversion rate cyclohexanol is 33.72%. In this study, the catalyst has mild reaction conditions, good selectivity, simple operation, convenient separation and environmental-friendliness.
