摘要
利用天然混合羧酸与聚氧丙烯醚以适当比例混合 ,以乙醇为溶剂制得新型集油剂 ,燃点 88.7℃ ,对于水面柴油、原油膜有优良的集油性能。QS - 1集油剂在 5 5cm长的水槽中 ,使水面柴油膜收缩距离达 44 .0~5 0 .8cm ,维持时间大于 6h ;QS - 2集油剂使原油膜面积收缩率 74.3%~ 76 .5 % ,维持时间大于 16h。该集油剂在 0~ 40 0 0mg/dm3 浓度下 ,不影响小球藻和小新月菱形藻生长。该集油剂在 4级海况条件下仍具有集油能力。
The mixture of the natural aliphatic carboxylic acids and polypropene ether in combination with the alcohol solvent systems are an effective oil collecting agent for the containing diesel fuel or crude oil slicks on water surface. The contracted distances of the slicks by using QS 1 type oil collection agent in the different test condition are from 44.0 to 50.8 cm in the volume of 55cm×5cm×5cm glass water trough. The remaining time is more than 6 h. The surface area of the crude oil slicks are reduced by means of the oil collection anent of QS-2 type in the range of 74.3%~76.5%. The remaining time of lowest area of oil film is larger than 16h. The oil collection agents exhibit relatively lower toxicity to the marine alga. Influence over culture of the alga in the concentration range of 0 to 4 000 mg/dm 3 was not found.
