摘要
北京市政府通过财政支持下的商业保险模式对农业生产经营活动进行政策性保险所形成的政策性农业保险北京模式,无论对农业生产经营还是涉农保险公司均产生了较好的政策性运行绩效。但北京模式由于其强大的财政支持力度导致该模式对其他大多数省、市、区的农业保险发展带来困难,包括财政压力、交易谈判与未来可能的全国农业保险统一制度的建立。
The policy agriculture insurance Beijing mode （Beijing mode） is the Beijing municipal government through the financial support of the commercial insurance pattern of agricultural production and operation activities of the insurance policy. Beijing mode no matter for agricultural production and operation or agriculture insurance company has produced good policy operation performance. Because Beijing model of its strong financial support to the model for most other provinces, the city, the area of the agricultural insurance development difficult, including financial pressure, trade negotiations and possible future national agricultural insurance unified system establishment.
