摘要
中国是世界上SO用【放的大户,如不加以严格控制,将成为制约社会经济发展的重要因素之一。因此,对上海市So;重点污染源,提出了连续监测的方案,探讨了其可行性,并从技术原理和连续监测系统的管理等方面进行了分析。该方案基本符合国家对“两控区”重点城市安装so;在线监测系统的要求,是迈向国际化大都市环境管理的有力举措。
China is a big SO2 emission country in the world, without strictly control, it will confine the development of social economy. This article proposed a plan of on-site continuous monitoring on the major SO2 emission sources in Shanghai, and discussed the feasibility from several aspects, such as technical principle and management of monitoring system. This scheme basically meets the government's requirement of installing continuous monitoring system in 'two-control area' in major cities, which is an effective measure to environmental management in Shanghai as an internationalization metropolis.
