摘要
近年来数字媒介阅读率呈直线上升状态,日前公布的第九次全国国民阅读调查项目的各项调查数据显示,数字阅读接触率各项指标继续呈较快增长势头;与传统纸质期刊阅读率的缓慢增长相比,数字化期刊读者也急剧增多。数字信息化时代下,图书馆的本职使命并没有改变,保存人类文化遗产,存储开发信息资源的基本职能依然十分重要。而基于期刊碎片化阅读的特殊属性,数字化期刊建设势在必行。在开展数字化期刊建设中,应特别重视碎片化阅读所带来的消极影响。
In recent years,digital media reading rate has skyrocketed.Recently released ninth National Reading Survey Project of the survey data show that digital reading contact rate indicators continue to show rapid growth momentum;reading rate with traditional paper journals slow growth compared to the sharp increase in digitized journal readers.The digital information age,the library＇s own mission has not changed,save the cultural heritage of mankind,the basic functions of the storage development of information resources is still very important.Reading journals-based fragmentation special attributes,the digitized journals construction is imperative.In carrying out the construction of digitized journals special attention to the negative impact of fragmentation read.
