摘要
电力配网建设是城市现代化建设的重要基础和保障,直接关系到用户的用电安全。加强配网工程全过程管理,不仅是提高城市电网可靠性,提高企业经济效益的关键,更关系到整个城市的发展。鉴于此,文章结合配网建设工程项目特点,对配网项目各个阶段提出了管理建议及管理模式。
Construction of electric power distribution network is an important basis and guarantee of urban modernization construction,directly related to the user of electricity safety.Strengthen network management of project whole process,not only improve the city power grid reliability,the key that raises business economic benefits,but also related to the development of the whole city.In view of this,combined with the characteristics of distribution network construction project of distribution network,each phase of the project put forward management suggestions and management mode.
