摘要
为了探明少数民族地区农业可持续发展存在的问题,促进决策部门制定出农业可持续发展行动计划与规划,利用农业相关统计数据对甘南藏族自治州农业发展现状进行了分析。认为,甘南州长期以来受其地理区位、自然环境及经济基础等因素的影响,存在着自然灾害频发、专业技术人员缺乏、耕地质量下降等问题,指出优化产业结构、大力发展特色生态农业、提高农业生态环境意识等是实现甘南州农业可持续发展的有效途径。
The sustainable development of agriculture is the fundamental base for regional sustainable development. In order to explore the problems existing in the sustainable development of agriculture in minority areas and promote decision-making, the current status of agricultural development in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was analyzed using relevant statistical data. Due to the constraints of geographical location, natural condition and economic base, the agricultural development in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was challenged by the problem of sustainability. There were still many problems existing, represented mainly as frequent natural disaster; the technical staff was lacked; the decline of farmland quality, etc. The most effective approaches for sustainable development of agriculture in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture were scientifically adjusting industry structure, developing characteristic agriculture and raising environment awareness and so on.
